Shawnimals.com
was started with one simple goal: To bring people together
by way of strange stuffed creatures. It is what Shawnimals
was founded on in 1907 (er, 2001) and what it continues
to strive for. Already Shawnimals has a unique
image with a 300 piece oeuvre and we believe these cute
little creatures are beginning to...YES, take over the
world - if not our office!

Smith"
Shawn
Smith was born in Joliet, IL in 1975. Back then he
was interested in G.I. Joe, Kermit the Frog, drawing
pictures and playing video games. In fact, he still
is! Shawn started Shawnimals after becoming disenchanted
with the droves of sketchbooks he had lying around,
with characters that may not have been used otherwise. "Why
not make plush versions of these simple-shaped characters?"
